Description:

We are seeking for a qualified and experienced System Analyst to join our fast paced and growing Information Technology team. The selected candidate will be involved in the day-to-day general administration of enterprise systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time and Expense, Costpoint MES, Solumina, Deltek CER and other enterprise systems. The primary focus for this position is to support the day-to-day operations and project support for the ERP, MES, Time & Expense, and Reporting systems. The ideal candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to work with multiple systems and improve business solutions and efficiencies across all NDS sites. The position is located at the Nammo Defense Systems Headquarters in Mesa Arizona. The position does require light travel for updates and implementations. The selected candidate will assist with identifying system requirements, scope, objectives, and drive system changes acting as liaison between IT and enterprise subject matter experts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the expert in Deltek/Solumina products

• Provide training and support on enterprise systems

• Participate and coordinate system patches and/or upgrades

• Work with IT Network team to ensure system continuity, backup and recovery

• User account set-up and administration

• Support ticket escalation requests related to enterprise systems

• Work with NDS users to understand business needs and system changes

• Maintain role permissions

• Work with contractors to manage report development

• Assist/work with contractors on upcoming implementations

• Meet with business SMEs to identify systems gaps and production enhancement opportunities

• Work with network engineers or DBAs to monitor the Deltek/Solumina ecosystem

• Document and support enterprise systems tickets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related Field

• At least 3+ years of experience supporting ERP and/or MES systems (Required)

• Basic understanding of MS Windows Server and Oracle databases (Preferred)

• Understanding of Deltek products core modules (Preferred)

• Proficiency to trouble shoot enterprise systems issues

• Ability to work independently or as part of a project team

• Experience with application integrations/installations

• Light project management and planning experience (Preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
