Acara solutions is looking for a System Support Specialist-for our client located in Indianapolis, IN

  • Responsible in providing face to face and startup support to Walpole and
  • Peterborough users of Ivalua
  • Responsible in providing training of basic and advanced functionality of Ivalua to all Defense users
  • Responsible for driving down end user open queries raised by Defense users globally
  • Work with the Defense teams to deliver effective Ivalua dashboards to drive efficiency in the tool
  • Work with the Defense teams to better utilize the analytics modules to drive improvements to existing reports to suit business needs.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The salary for this position is $34.82 per hour (Max Pay rate).
  • Bill Rate $48.76



Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT or business area.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience in Procurement and Supply Chain functions
  • Has excellent knowledge in Ivalua and one or more of the following areas: Sourcing, Contract Management, Spend Management, Spend Analytics
  • Excellent problem management technical skills
  • Inter-personal skills with an ability to quickly establish effective working relationships across geographical and cultural borders
  • Resourceful, self-managed, and goal driven with the ability to work effectively in teams.
