At ACT1, our people make the difference. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will provide a high-level consultative approach to hiring managers, program managers and business leaders regarding strategy, collaboration, and solution for their book of business.

In this role, a typical day will include:
Perform complex tasks for a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions to support identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates and employees to effectively meet the organization’s staffing requirements as it relates to Funded positions and Bid & Proposal efforts.- Provide full-life cycle recruiting function to include assisting hiring managers with developing and marketing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending verbal and written offers while also maintaining candidate information in the ATS.
- Serve as a trusted advisor over B&P efforts to support growing the business, consulting on staffing best practices and meeting deliverables for strategic capture efforts.
- Meet with iHCM leadership on recruiting trends, best practices, market data as it pertains to specific positions and pursuits.
- Meet with proposal/LOB/Business development leadership on an on-going basis to review organizational recruiting requirements and plans and it relates to funded and B&P positions.
- Participate in new win transitions to ensure the staffing deliverables are met to include incumbent capture.
- Provide regular reporting to iHCM leadership on recruiting issues.
- Consults with hiring managers to understand and then post requisitions that accurately reflect the duties, responsibilities, education, training, certifications, experience, and security classifications required for the positions.
- Actively manage key metrics to ensure goals are met and/or exceeded.
- Build talent communities of relevant areas of talent (DoD and Space/Intel sectors for a variety of skills sets and clearance levels).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience within a government contracting environment (DoD, Space/Intel) is required.
- Motivated self-starter: results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading Bids & Proposal efforts in the DoD and Space/Intel sectors is required.
- Aptitude in adopting and utilizing research tools such as social media and other niche sourcing tools.
- Perform daily requisition hygiene / candidate workflow and dispositioning with EEOC and OFCCP compliance, iCims and/or Workable experienced preferred.
- Ability to be organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and provide analytic updates to management and customers.
- Proficiency using MS Office including Excel and Power Point and Microsoft Teams
