We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated tax resolution Case Manager who is looking for a long-term position to join our amazing team! This is a full-time, in-office position in Eagle Rock (LA), CA.

The Case Manager position is a full-time position and requires a self-motivated individual who can work quickly and accurately. This is a fast-paced environment and needs someone who can multitask and wants to move up in the organization. A very customer service-focused individual who is invested in and committed to providing a top-notch client experience at all times. Heavy call experience is required, and heavy caseload experience is a must. Training will be provided.

Salary:$50,000 - $60,000/year, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Analyze clients’ financial situation and make sound decisions based on information provided by the clients and the Tax Agencies.
- Maintain our consistently high standards of service, providing a “white glove” client experience as a client-facing team member representing the company.
- Act as the client’s primary contact and facilitator, and provide case updates to the client from sales representatives, attorneys, tax preparers, and backend support.
- Work closely with a team of tax professionals to place clients in the best position possible against IRS and state tax agencies.
- Read and interpret transcripts (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Given the nature of the casework, attention to detail is critical in this role.
- Manage and prioritize cases depending on the complexity, expected timeline, and quantity of cases under your management.
- Other duties as customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, including other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.
- Collect client documents, provide updates to clients and team, and work closely with attorneys and Enrolled Agents to determine the best course of action to serve our clients.
- Case Management: 1 year (preferred) in the tax industry
- IRSLogics and RingCentral experience are a plus
