TOP Early Learning Center is a nonprofit community based preschool, with a mission to deliver a high quality early learning experience to children living in poverty.

As an assistant teacher or assistant teacher float, some of your daily duties would include:

• Assist in developing individual guidance and education plans.
• Assist the Lead Teacher in ensuring positive behavior and cooperation is based on mutual respect and shared responsibility between adults and children.
• Ensure physical, and emotional well-being is maintained for all children.
• Ensure safe and developmentally appropriate play is utilized on the playgrounds and play spaces.
• Work with parents, center directors, family service personnel to ensure partner agencies are enlisted to help our children learn and grow.
• Attend parent and all staff meetings.
• Have fun teaching our kids!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
