Requirements and qualifications include:

• 4 year degree
• Previous experience in education, management or customer service
• Teaching certificate preferred
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and team oriented personality
• Must demonstrate care and compassion towards children
• Motivated to take the initiative to ensure that a student’s time at Huntington is memorable
• Confident and flexible demeanor
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of self-motivation

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the ability to:

• Hire, train, manage, motivate, observe and evaluate part-time teachers
• Conduct teacher meetings
• Supervise instruction; insure effectiveness, accuracy, thoroughness, and competency of all instruction
• Teach students
• Monitor and reprogram student instructional plans
• Administer, correct and write up student academic evaluations
• Conduct Initial Inquiries and Intakes as needed
• Build relationship with schools. Ground marketing and event focused school visits.(requires reliable transportation)
• To be knowledgeable in each of the Program Administrator’s job functions and capable of performing each of them.

Full time - 40 hours

Pay - $40,000\year

Evening and Weekend Availability required.
