Our Early Intervention services support families and their children, from birth to age three, who have, or who are at-risk for, developmental delays and disabilities.


In this vital role, the Teaching Assistant participates on the interdisciplinary team within the Early Intervention (EI) program servicing children (0-3 years) and their families.


The Teaching Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting both center and community-based group activities and assisting in the overall planning for groups and the development of curriculum and therapeutic activities.


Schedule: Part Time 20 hours; Morning hours - Flexible schedule 8 a.m. - 12 noon or 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Required Skills

Required Experience
  • High School Diploma required, Higher Education preferred
  • Classroom experience with infants/toddlers preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of early childhood education is preferred, but the candidate may also be selected based on their personal educational philosophy and teaching style compatible with the EI philosophy
