Chubb now has an opportunity for a Recommendations Team Leader in Blackburn (BB1 2PR). The main goal of this role is to provide an exceptional level of customer service and support for Recommendations customers.

You will manage a team of Administrators and work closely with business Support Manager deliver continued growth and drive new initiatives. You will play a key role within the department, critical to its ongoing success.

• Manage the recommendations Team to ensure they are meeting the business requirements, daily across all the key processes
• Manage the Department’s workload matching tasks to individuals to ensure excellent results are delivered consistently
• Manage metrics and ensure all customer needs are dealt with in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner
• Ensure all team tasks are prioritised in line with the management specification / timescales to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Manage the recommendation Team 1-2-1’s, development, coaching and mentoring
• Maintenance of accurate business unit holiday, sickness and absence records, along with the recruitment, training and development of the administration team

• Possess previous customer service/Admin experience, ideally from within a large, national company
• Have a high level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have supervisory experience, ideally within an Admin/Customer Service function
• Be passionate about service delivery and able to positively influence / coach others
• Be proactive, able to prioritise workloads and have exemplary customer service skills
• Have excellent people and communication skills, able to explain situations clearly, both verbally and written
