We have an exciting and forward-thinking Team lead role available within our Rise early help service. Are you able to motivate a team? do you possess leadership skills? Can you develop and implement innovative solutions? We want you to join our dynamic team! We use a whole system approach working together to ensure positive outcomes for our Children and Young Peoples emotional wellbeing and mental health. We are a service that is known for being creative and responsive to the needs of our Children and Young People who no matter what level of need to support their emotional wellbeing and mental health receive the right support as they need it. Our CQC inspection in august 2019 rated Rise as Good in all 5 areas with significant improvement in the way we deliver our service to Children and Young People. We are changing culture and influencing the system to see emotional wellbeing and mental health as everyone's business. Our vision for our new service is that" No door is the Wrong door" which ensures the child is always navigated by us to the right service for them whether internally or externally.
