Minimum Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in the print industry

• Advanced understanding of all equipment, technology and processes used for daily production

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the print industry

• 1 year of experience in a leadership position

• Experience using document-processing software

• Digital Press Operator certificate

• Experience using printing equipment, such as printers, binders and folder inserter equipment

• Experience using document output management software, such as OMS-500 and AIMS mailing software

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to maneuver heavy carts

Job Summary

As the Team Leader of Print, you will lead a team dedicated to supporting the print process by providing digital, wide format and transactional printing services to meet changing business expectations and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team’s work, monitor progress and innovate opportunities to enhance processes by understanding their clients’ business needs and the supporting technology

• Direct the team in accurately applying key information to printed materials and documents to SLA requirements and deadlines

• Determine goals and strategy and communicate these to the team

• Balance work volume by staffing direct hires and temporary team members

• Promote efficiency by approving hourly payroll and overtime and calculating monthly production reports

• Adapt quickly to frequent changes associated with growth and stay current with new technologies

• Support the development of the team members by setting clear expectations and performing regular performance reviews
