Shift - 4 on 4 off - 12 Hour Shift

We are now recruiting for a Brewing and Production Team Member to join us. Reporting to the Brewing and Production Shift Manager this role will be responsible for working as part of our motivated and highly skilled production teams, producing beer to required customer service levels, quality conformance and within budget. This key role in the brewery is customer driven with flexible working essential to meet the production plans placed upon the Brewery.

Role:
To operate the plant and to provide a comprehensive production service in accordance with standard operating methods.

Achieve production plans, sample plans, service level agreements and key performance targets.

Actively take ownership for problem solving, process optimisation and continuous improvement activities.

Play a key role in the development of best practice.

Drive initiatives for health and safety & environmental improvements.

Improve and maintain satisfactory hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Support all team members and develop positive relationships with colleagues through effective communication and feedback.

Establish effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Ensure productivity from each shift is optimised.

Do you have?

Experience within a brewing and packaging environment.

IT literacy (QC/SPC, Word, Excel)

Have knowledge of the relevant Health, Safety & Environmental considerations.

Understanding of ‘right first time’ principles
