Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Execute daily operational tasks, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Ensure accuracy in product labelling and pricing to enhance the customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve common goals and create a positive work culture.
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas.
• Foster effective communication and cooperation among team members to optimise productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills
