Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking to build a strong team of warm and friendly Team Members with the backing of our leadership team; who will do so while offering a happy and pleasant experience to customers by creating the perfect sub with a smile. Basic Requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Work well with a team of crew members
• Capability to learn skills quickly
• Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
• Food service experience is a plus (although not required)
• Has the ability to lead

• Supervise and direct employees customarily and regularly during work hours.

• Ensure business and personnel practices are conducted according to state and federal laws and consistent with Jersey Mike’s policies and procedures.
• Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customer and employees.

Compensation

We recognize the importance of compensation and are happy to discuss further. Please keep in mind that we are also aware of our market/competition and are respectively leading the area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
