Job Title: Technical Administrative Assistant

Reports to: VP of Technology

Position Overview:

The Technical Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing technical/administrative support for the IT Staff. The Technical Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s reports and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to IT Staff, including troubleshooting, database updates and resolving technical issues
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and update the company’s reports and technical documentation
  • Generate and manipulate spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
  • Generate reports in Relational Database and send reports to contacts
  • Perform minor HTML edits of email and document templates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Experience in Power BI a plus
  • Familiar with uploading files to cloud and/or server, e.g. SFTP client
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $50,000.00 per year
