Great Commission plans motivate Salespeople to sell more to the right companies. In order to help companies and reps to reach their full potential, we take the manual labor and complexity of current commission processes and completely automate them. Finance teams used to spend hours each month trying to prepare commissions, communicate them to their reps, deal with discrepancies, and then get those paid on time. Spiff automates that full process. We connect to the client's systems; CRM, ERP & Payroll to reduce the work and amount of errors. Spiff gives powerful, real-time data and insights to reps, managers, and executives about their commissions.
Who we are looking for…
We’re searching for a highly organized self-starter who has a deep knowledge of analytics and customer experience. The Customer Experience Analyst leverages data-driven strategies to provide the tools and analysis required for customers and our internal teams to succeed. It is critical that the person in this role is willing to go above and beyond, be a self starter, a creative problem solver, strategic, and has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and scale.
We are considering applications from the United States, United Kingdom or Argentina, as this is a remote role.
What you’ll contribute in this role…
Support operational analysis for all arms of the CX Department including our Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
Leverage data (qualitative and quantitative) to assess and identify initiatives that would drive business impact, internal efficiency, and/or enhance customer experience.
Effectively and cohesively communicate data insights to maximize strategic decision making.
Write and edit internal knowledge process articles and technical support documentation, that educate our team to strengthen adoption
Identify and Implement ways to streamline and automate from various different sources and systems
Provide top-notch, technical support on internal CX systems
Provide administrative support on an as needed basis
What experience you’ll bring to Spiff…
Salesforce admin experience
SQL & Excel (or Google Sheets) proficiency
Experience with Vitally, ClickUp or other CS/Project management platforms, preferred
Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
Takes high degree of ownership over their work
Organizational skills and ability to juggle several requests simultaneously
Bonus Points!
Interest in Startups/Tech/Finance. Our team loves the startup community, and genuine interest in the space is huge.
Experience with Zapier/Workato like tools
Light API knowledge
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have the confidence and problem-solving skills to be effective in situations with limited information.

At Spiff Inc. we are committed to equal pay and opportunities. In order to provide full transparency, the salary range for this position is USD $65k - $80k per annum for all candidates based in the US. This position is eligible for equity.
