This Role:

As a Technical Lead at LogixHealth, you will work with a globally distributed team of engineers, product owners and business stakeholders to build cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to continue delivering innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, software engineering skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience accepting and giving meaningful feedback on technical designs and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as technical expert, collaborating with distributed team and provide solutions for scalable and highly available systems
• Conduct code reviews and suggest code quality issues to be rectified
• Own, design, maintain and enhance enterprise applications, and develop new software solutions
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security and reliability of the products
• Contribute to all phases of the application product lifecycle, including designing and writing code
• Provide technical expertise and mentor engineers
• Promote software engineering best practices within the team
• Keep up with industry trends, best practices and new technologies
• Collaborate with other engineers on existing software solutions
• Demonstrate good understanding of architecture across the business lines and how they interact
• Manage production environment and application and address any related issues by owning and following the hot fix and change management process
• Lead and manage a software development team

Required:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
• 9+ year's experience with C# development and one or more of the following skillsets:
  • .NET Core, Angular
  • Microservices and REST API Development
  • SQL Server
• Experience in building and supporting software throughout the product development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms
• Strong understanding of Relational Database Systems
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and DevOps
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience as a Dev Lead including mentoring, managing software development teams

Preferred:

• 12+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with cloud computing architectures
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• FHIR/HL7/EDI knowledge and experience
• Healthcare industry knowledge
