Job Description
Additional duties will include:
- Monitoring supply inventory and ordering
- Preparation and maintenance of protocols and regulations
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related field with at least 3 years related experience.
- Previous experience in a biomedical research laboratory.
- Basic laboratory technical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and be detail oriented.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent.
- Ability to generate and utilize computer databases.
- Must be able to sit or stand at a lab bench for extended periods of time.
Demonstrated ability and desire to succeed in a fast-paced research environment with multiple concurrent duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tissue culture, western blots, or protein purification is a plus but is not required
