Job Title: Technical Sourcer

Wawa’s Corporate Recruiting team is focused on delivering best-in-class sourcing strategies and services to our Technology and Digital organization. The Technical Sourcer develops recruiting plans and strategies, sourcing through various channels, and assists in providing the best candidate experience.

Principal Duties:
  • Generate pipelines of high-quality, passive technical candidates by utilizing robust, creative, and outside-the-box sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive technical talent.
  • Conduct initial screens with candidates to qualify their experience against the Hiring Manager's requirements.
  • Identify a diverse slate of candidates for each search by integrating diversity sourcing strategies into candidate recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Technical Recruiters to research, source, and hire for their growing teams.
  • Continuously improve the recruiting process to drive efficiency and business results.
  • Leverage data and industry trends to build and execute creative closing strategies.
  • Proactively share data-centric updates with hiring teams.
  • Assist in the development of a company branding strategy to attract talent.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in direct technical sourcing for corporate or agency settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong general analytical skills and ability to navigate MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
