Aloha Vending Concepts is a vendor of exciting entertainment and amusement equipment such as arcade games, darts and other sports-related machines, audio/video systems, amusement rides, and much more. We provide tailored entertainment that enhance client businesses in locations that include family entertainment centers, bars, restaurants, etc. Our primary focus is creating and maintaining solid client relations.

The Job Position:

We’re looking for technician/route service person – technical/mechanical skills and customer service relations experience required. Hourly/Salary pay rates are commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Install and configure our products and services on-site at customer locations
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our products and services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and on-site visits
• Document and reporting of all service activities and customer interactions
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures while performing job duties
• Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback

Position Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications, certifications or demonstrated experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Motivated, and is capable as a self-starter
• Excellent problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Effective time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines
• Strong people skills are necessary to provide top-notch service to our customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility
• Be able to work occasional night/weekends/emergencies when required
• Have and use own tools
• Valid driver’s license and have own vehicle transportation
• Able to work on ladders and lift 50+ pounds

Technical Requirements:

• Previous experience working with entertainment and amusement equipment (ie.darts, billiards, arcade machines, karaoke systems, etc.) as well as experience with POS systems preferred, but experience with similar equipment and machinery is required
• Basic understanding of network and setting up/troubleshooting network issues
• Must have strong technical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in computer usage with Word, Excel, and other office software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
