The School of Life Sciences is continuing to expand and optimise its impressive portfolio of courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, and we are looking for a Technician to join the sport and exercise technical team on a part time basis. The successful applicant will support the full range of Coventry University Sport Degrees, but predominantly the BSc Sports Coaching degree, and therefore this role would be ideally suited to someone with an interest or background in Performance Analysis.
The successful candidate will be passionate about sport and be able to contribute to a high-quality learning and teaching experience by assisting with the operation, organisation, maintenance, safety and security of sport laboratories, classrooms and related facilities in accordance with Faculty requirements.
The successful candidate will hold a degree or be qualified to GNVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline or have significant relevant experience and must be able to travel to different locations and be able to work outside. A commitment to equality, diversity and working within multidisciplinary teams is essential.
