Workday Security and Audits

Roles & Qualifications
- Actively participate in Workday Community by researching best practices and monitoring new and updated security functionality, staying on top of evolving standards so that security controls can be adjusted as required.
- Help prepare for and participate in Internal and External Audit like SOX Audit.
- Develop security audit reporting and a framework for data access quality checks.
- Implement security changes inside of Workday.
- Can create and modify the authentication policy as per the client requirement.
- Can create and modify the proxy policy as per the client requirement.
- Support security related regression testing after changes are made to domain and business process policies as part of projects and change improvements.
- Assigning Owner or Organization Partner to newly created Cost Centre Override.
- Determining what Domain/Business Processes Security Policy to Grant or Revoke.
- Can determine Workday Single Sign On issue for Pre-Employees
- Can set up brand new tenant and configure the access of required user.
- Should have experience in PGP Certification Renewal and Notifications.
- Should have hands on experience on Setting up API Clients For Integration.
- Assist as needed in granting security access to Workday following security protocols established by the Product Owner.
- Verify proper security protocols are being followed across impacted platforms
