TMRW Sports is hiring top technology professionals to build a state of the art team, product, and fan experience from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO, the Technology Program Manager is responsible for the integration of different technologies and technology providers across platforms and teams. Where other senior technologists dive deep into their domains, this expert spans across all of them to ensure end to end success. They also have expertise in delivering results primarily through influence and vendor management, as opposed to large teams of direct reports, or personally muscling it through. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the master plan, ensuring each provider and project have their own project plans and coordinating links across efforts where needed.
- Identifies key stakeholders and collaborates with all invested parties to build and deliver complex programs and projects, including appropriate risk and quality management, as well as ongoing communications and ultimately, stakeholder satisfaction.
- Within the structure of each program and project, responsible for defining and delivering measures of scope, schedule, and cost.
Experience & Skills
- 5-9 years of experience delivering complex, mission-critical programs, especially with majority 3rd party vendor technology organizations.
- Deep experience in vendor management, from cutting edge industry awareness and envisioning possibilities, through RFPs and vendor selection, to ongoing operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Extreme comfort with ambiguity and change.
Location / Travel
- Orlando, FL or remote with ability to travel to office (~25%).
