Job description
Insurance Agent to sell Medicare plans to eligible prospects. Successful candidates will have the skills to provide Medicare eligible prospects with information to make a decision on which plan to enroll in. The goal is to ensure positive customer experiences by educating prospects on the features & benefits of the plans, responding to questions, and overcoming objections.
Job Responsibilities
- Successfully enroll clients in appropriate Medicare plans via inbound and outbound calls
- Work independently to achieve sales goals to maximize company growth
- Model a high-level of professionalism and integrity with every consumer & employee interaction
- Successfully enroll clients in appropriate Medicare plan via inbound and outbound calls, as needed
Required Qualifications
➢ MUST work in our Tucson office OR be located in Texas and/or Arizona
➢ Prior call center sales experience
➢ High School diploma
➢ Valid AZ Health insurance license
➢ High level of Integrity & Competitive Team-player
➢ Assertive, Goal-oriented, Positive & Self-motivated
➢ Excellent communication skills
➢ Adapt quickly in fast-paced environment
➢ Professional Demeanor & Personal Accountability
➢ Proficiency with computer applications
➢ Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime, if nec.
Preferred Qualifications
➢ Bilingual in English & Spanish, a plus
➢ Proven ability to close sales at a high rate
➢ Phone sales experience
➢ College Education a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
