Job Description
This Temporary Administrative position entails a 20-hour work week for a period of 4 months. Work hours/schedule can be discussed with the Director of the Service Center.
The Temp will assist the Events, Web and Program Manager for the Division of Mission and Ministry, who is responsible for managing the planning, support, and execution of multiple events, seminars, and programs within the UM&M Division. The Temp will be expected to become familiar with the many aspects of events management and office procedure while assisting in the execution of all administrative items related to each program and event, including but not limited to: reserving buses, scheduling AV needs, ordering menus through Event Management, and updating the Events calendar. All other duties as assigned.
