Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Enter data from AOD Criminal Courts
• Enter data from Family Court petitions and E-mails
• Respond to Court, Client and Attorney E-mails
• Post daily report to website
• Send text messages to clients with their attorney’s name and phone number
• Liaison between clients and Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent. One year or more office experience preferred. Experience using Microsoft
Office. Legal background beneficial.
