Job description
One of our incredible partners is seeking a temporary HRIS Analyst to build out their HR department. This role offers great exposure with a national organization and additional learning & development opportunities. Experience with UltiPro/UKG and/or COGNOS software required.
Day to Day:
- Serve as point of contact with HRIS technical reports/requests & trainings
- Support integrations and updates to the related software
- Configure enhancements to improve efficiencies
- Manage internal controls
- Run audit reports
- Investigate system errors
- Identify trends
- Maintain data integrity & accuracy
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related technical experience (data analysis, HR data & processes, and HRIS exposure)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
