Join the Refugee Resettlement as the Temporary Quality Control Specialist. The Temporary Quality Control Specialist is responsible for organizing data for reports, evaluating performance measures, improving systems for tracking program outcomes, and assisting the Program Director with other duties related to the quality of Refugee Resettlement programs. The Quality Control Specialist is also responsible for educating, enrolling, and following up with students who are interested in Vocational Training program. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information, ability to work in a diverse setting, and show enthusiasm and commitment to working with the refugee community.

Associate degreeTwo (2) years of related experience in lieu of education
One (1) years of experience within social work or within a refugee program

You have the knowledge and experience with Word and Excel spreadsheet and word processing programs.
What you Deliver
You ensure compliance of MG, R&P, Employment, and RCA programs with official guidelines, overseeing file documentation, ensuring all forms are reviewed and up to date, researching and collaborating in the writing of grants, creating, or updating training materials for all programs, ensuring compliance of processes and procedures within the Refugee Resettlement department, improving systems for tracking and maintaining data.
You assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of program evaluation strategies. Supporting department efforts to provide quality services to clients, collect and report performance data. Works to develop and implement necessary instruments, forms, surveys, and other reports used for various program evaluation activities.
You provide intake, assessment for each client interested in vocational training. Maintaining communication with service providers including local colleges and transcript evaluators. Providing group and individual intensive job readiness orientations that provide clients with the basic skills required to enhance their employability. Determining specific employment opportunities appropriate to clients and assisting clients in accessing employment opportunities by guiding them through the hiring process. Schedule interviews for clients, assist with application, interview process, and assess status of clients after job placement for 30/60/90 days. Provide translation services and transportation assistance for clients as needed in the course of securing a job.
You track clients placed in jobs in RCA, RSS, and MG programs using RMS, Client Track, and internal spreadsheets. Verifying into RMS and Client Track with enrollments, job referrals and job placements, review employment files with data entry and writing case notes. Maintaining client files and assuring completeness and accuracy of file documentation in compliance with funding requirements. Assisting in the completion of quarterly reports by providing required data.
You perform other duties as assigned. Attending meetings with other service providers, participate in staff retreats, United Way tours, agency fairs and speaking engagements; assist with special organizational project/events, and other duties as assigned.
