If you’re passionate about selling solutions and helping customers get more of what they need (sales) and have an interest in solar energy this might be a great fit!

This role will support the Enphase Leads Program and deliver best in class growth marketing solutions to solar installers. You will leverage and work with the Enphase hardware sales team to support 1000s of installers nationally as they look to grow their businesses.

You will cultivate relationships with the marketing departments and leadership teams of solar installers in your territory. Along the way, you’ll discover their specific needs, develop solutions to their problems, and overcome obstacles to generate success.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
Problem-solving & solutions focused
Excellent communication, written & verbal skills
Ability to connect & influence decision-makers
Experience selling to marketing departments
Competency with CRM (Hubspot and/or Salesforce preferred)
Strong fluency with numbers-based selling (ROI, customer acquisition costs, growth equations, etc.)
