The Kindly Made Cup @ Cinn-A-Brew in Brighton, CO is looking for a Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Baristas are team members who are able and willing to bake our amazing muffins and cinnamon rolls and jump behind the bar and make some drinks! Our starting wage range is Tipped Minimum Wage+tips to $14/hr+tips.

- Thursday - Monday 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:

*Weigh and measure ingredients *Mix and blend batters *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls or other products *Ensure quality in all products *Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods *Prepare and maintain inventory *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment *Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Prepare food and bakery items in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines *Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:

*Strong attention to detail *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience as a Baker or Barista a plus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.65 - $17.00/hour.
