Mental Health Outpatient Therapist – Creative Change Counseling, Inc (CCC), a progressive and leading agency in providing behavioral, substance abuse, mental health services, is seeking a North Carolina Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Clinician to provide services for children,adolescents & adults with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

We are looking to employ a compassionate and understanding therapist, who will share our philosophy and our values of increasing the quality the youth’s life. It is CCC's belief that individuals are more likely to realize and experience their full potential, when they are provided with inspiration, nurture, support, life skills, and self-awareness, all of which serves to help them make sounder decisions, build stronger relationships, and communicate more effectively.

The idea candidate/therapist will provide therapeutic services that will instill hope and prepare the individual to become self-sustaining, highly functional, and independently capable of transforming their lifestyle into a positive, healthy, and productive functioning. CCC strives to foster positive connections to help the youth and their families heal, recover, and rebuild. Our mission is to instill hope and transform that hope into an active potential.

If you possess a North Carolina professional license in mental health or in a social work related field( (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT), have experience in providing behavioral & therapeutic supports to individuals with emotional and mental health challenges. If you have good clinical writing skills, can exercise patience, compassion, tolerance, kindness, and overall want to make a difference in the lives of children, adolescents and their families, CCC encourages you to apply.
