We create beautiful, innovative and size-inclusive shapewear to enhance all bodies. We are looking for a TikTok Marketing Manager & Content Creator to join us in building the next generation of shapewear and make women feel amazing.

As the TikTok Marketing Manager & Content Creator, you should have a passion for developing new ideas, be entrepreneurial and be equal parts creative and analytical.

The ideal candidate has experience working with TikTok and short form video. You will be tasked with running our TikTok channel and generating new ideas and creating content to increase reach, engagement levels and grow the following organically.

You will be required to lead the social media management and content creation for TikTok, ensuring content is original, bespoke and on brand at all times. We need someone that lives and breathes TikTok and on-trend culture while regularly keeping up with social trends, who isn’t afraid to think outside the box. You are confident with filming and editing content end to end and be passionate about connecting with audiences authentically through our brand.

You will work closely with other members of the social team, to work with the wider team on new product launches and influencer activations with the hottest talent, helping you to own social activations and campaigns, from initial brainstorming to go-live execution.

A successful candidate will develop innovative ways to create a buzz on TikTok, and will always work with a ‘social first’ way of thinking, to ensure we never miss a beat!

Responsibilities:

• Own/lead social media management and content creation of Pinsy Shapewear’s TikTok account
• Lead TikTok ideation and develop strategies for growth in any way possible
• Manage social media execution - Content ideation, scheduling/posting, community management and engagement.
• Content creation on independently at social media shoots and capture behind-the-scenes of our at our large scale editorial/ecom shoots
• Help to organize independent video shoots for social media content with Coordinator and originate and organize the shot list to ensure you have all the content you need until the next shoot opportunity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience of planning and creating entertaining and engaging social media content.
• Minimum 3 years experience of devising and executing social media campaigns
• Proven ability to capture and produce your own video content on TikTok.
• Proven ability in growing TikTok account/s
• Strong experience in analysis to understand what works/what doesn’t and the reasons why in order to develop strategies that continue to improve our account
• Strong video editing skills, specifically for TikTok content.
• Strong copywriting skills - Ability to grasp and express our brand’s tone of voice in captions and text overlay and selection of materials.
• Obsessed with social trends and pop culture. Know what is and isn’t relevant to our audience and wider culture.
• Must have experience in beauty, fashion or similar category
• Ability to ‘think outside the box’ and produce both quick comebacks for audience engagement and brand personality.
• Ability to understand how TikTok works and stay up to date with all the latest trends within the platform.
• Flexible to work outside standard working hours when required (events, launches, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
