Job Summary:

Red Rock Kia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Floor Manager with finance experience to join our team! As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dealership. You will work with a team of sales associates to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, and working with our finance team to ensure that the dealership operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing direction and support to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee the daily operations of the dealership, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure that sales associates are knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, and provide training as needed.
• Set and meet sales goals, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery.
• Ensure that the dealership is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Work with the finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales strategies, and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver's license.
• Finance experience in an automotive dealership setting.

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year

• Dealership experience: 2 years (Required)
