Cambria Maintenance Services is looking for a Trade Operative to join our team working across North Wales.As a Trade Operative you will be required to deliver a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work. You should have excellent experience in the following areas:
Plumbing
Joinery
Plastering
Alongside the ability to undertake wider general maintenance work with the ability to see and solve the right problems within the properties you will work.
The rate of pay of these roles is £14.02 per hour for a basic 40-hour week, average earnings £29,162 per year.. A vehicle and fuel card are provided for work use. You may also be required to participate in our 24/7 emergency call out service for which there is an additional payment.

What youll get in return
