Traffic Flaggers assist with the safety of our employees, the public, and our clients while managing Traffic. Traffic Flaggers work under the direction of Foreman and Superintendents.
**Ideal candidate will have an ATSSA Flagger Certification**

- Assist with setting up construction work zones
- Manage and provide direction to Traffic Flaggers
- Directing safe coordination of vehicles and equipment
- Other related duties and projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to be certified in applicable local, county, state and federal flagging procedures
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs
- Experience working in construction is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee traffic
Physical Requirements
- Walking on uneven terrain/surfaces
- Sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Reaching and lifting overhead frequently
- Work environment outdoors in weather conditions that vary from freezing temperatures to heat above 90 degrees, in wet and dry conditions and in rural areas.
- The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.
