In order to be a BODY20® High Performer you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

General Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
• Passion for health and wellness
• Team player
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (required within 6 months of hire date)
• CPR/AED certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Computer skills
• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20® sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
• Having a FITNESS background, is a plus
• Strong follow up and organizational skills

Schedule:

· 10-hour shift

· 4-hour shift

· 4x10

· 5x8

· 8-hour shift

· Day shift

· Monday to Friday

· Night shift

· Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

· McKinney, TX 75071: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
