:
This position is responsible for the coordination of the Organizational Change Management and Training activities related to deployment of SAP S4 in United States. This is temporary assignment.
Main Responsibilities:
In the context of SAP S4 iMRO implementation in United States:
— Coordinate the Technical training preparation, planning and delivery (for 960 people).
— Prepared training content and develop training video.
— Collaborate with SAP S4 teams to gather and collect data.
— Use project management software (Jira) to track timelines and activity.
— Perform the role of Change Analyst (incl. Detailed Change Impact Assessment, Change Action plan, Communication plan and delivery).
Minimum Requirements:
— Business related Masters
— Good communication skills
— Fluent in English
