BCI is seeking a candidate to fill one (1) full-time Training Management Support Specialist position located at Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, VA. SCSTC's mission is to train U.S. and allied Sailors to operate, maintain and employ weapons, sensors, communications, and combat systems of surface warships to build combat ready ships with battle-minded crews.

Experience Required:

This position requires 3+ years' experience which includes knowledge in coordinating and utilizing travel systems such as Aircraft Personnel Automated Clearance Systems (APACS) and Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Travel Trackers. Candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of all requirements for Government International Travel to include host nation, U.S. Embassy and Combatant Commander. Two (2) years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) is also required.

Description of Duties:

• Assist government staff with arranging travel and processing travel claims using the Defense Travel System (DTS), in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR)
• Coordinate timesheet submission using the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA)
• Secure Government passports
• Submit CONUS visit requests using the Defense Information Security System (DISS)
• Potential to collect data and submit OCONUS country clearance messages, in coordination with Program Executive Office / Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO / IWS) 4.0 Case Managers, using the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS).

No travel is required.
