ADM Security Solutions is searching for an energetic and experienced Training and Quality Assurance. This individual is primarily responsible for conducting training and ensuring compliance with DCJS and ADM Security Solutions contractual training requirements. This position should ensure that programs are developed in conjunction with ADM’s market service needs and that they are conducted and maintained. The Manager of Quality Assurance will work with Operations Managers, Site Managers and customers to anticipate account level needs and will strive to deliver training in a cost-effective manner. This position will assist in overseeing compliance and ensuring state requirements are met for the Division through the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) in the Commonwealth of Texas. The Manager of Quality Assurance & Training will assist with the inspection and Quality Assurance process, supporting the Operations Managers and work with the Human Resource team to ensure effective orientation of new hires to the ADM culture. The position will routinely conduct audits at the account and office levels to ensure compliance. The Manager of Quality Assurance & Training reports to the Divisional Vice President and is a full-time salaried position. This position will require frequent travel between the Houston, Dallas and Austin offices and client sites.

DCJS Related Duties
- Identification, scheduling and instruction of officers requiring DCJS training for Texas Region. Responsible for instruction in Dallas, Houston and Austin.
- Monitor status of officer’s DCJS card and notify Operations Managers when card is issued in order to get a photographic copy of the card for Compliance. Work directly with DCJS representatives to address any issues.
- Collect fingerprints and completed forms for submission to DCJS and inclusion into the officer’s personnel file for Texas Division.
- May serve as registered Compliance Agent for ADM through the Department of Criminal Justice Services, providing compliance support in Texas Division. Acts as resource for assistance in resolving issues with DCJS certifications and regulations for Texas Region.
- Works with Human Resource Team and Regional Administrative personnel to ensure all compliance and documentation are met per DCJS regulations
- Provide a proactive report of employees whose DCJS certifications are due to terminate within 60 days and provide a report to operations managers, to ensure proper and timely scheduling of training.
ASHI or Red Cross Related Duties
- Identification, scheduling and instruction of officers requiring ASHI or Red Cross training.
- Scheduling of ASHI classes thorough ASHI dashboard. Submission of roster when class is complete.
- Maintenance of training equipment, training materials, and class records for Texas Division.
- Will ensure ASHI Instructor Certification is maintained and kept up to date.
General Duties
- Ensure ADM’s adherence to all DCJS and ASHI regulations, as well as client specific training requirements for Texas Division.Enforces ADM Policy related to the requirement for employees to maintain current and valid certifications. Will immediately terminate the employment of any employee failing to meet this standard.
- Oversight and management of the on-site training program and all associated reports, tests and paperwork for Texas Division, ensuring tablets and devices are kept current and operational.
- Upon request, assist with creation/maintenance and upkeep of Post Orders, policy manuals, Emergency Action Plans, training manuals and flyers and other requested documents and forms.
- Support training and quality assurance in the field through oversight of Quality Assurance Team site inspections and by performing (form time-to-time) site visits for Texas Division.During site inspections, take the opportunity to coach and council employees as needed, notifying the regional managers of any recognition of superior performance, discrepancies or disciplinary infractions.
- Create training modules and associated tests and handouts for presentation in the field in Texas Division upon request.
- Monitor and maintenance of the TrackTik Reporting SystemResponsible for assisting with monthly reports and programming of RFID buttons for Texas Division.
- May be involved in troubleshooting and mitigation for accounts in jeopardy.
- Assist with the day to day operations of the Texas Region as needed or requested for the Divisional Vice-President.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimal AA degree preferred and/or Human Resources/Corporate training experience
- Familiar with Texas DCJS, Instructor Certification preferred. If not currently certified, must possess the ability to become certified within 3 months of hire.
- CPR Instructor certification from ASHI, Red Cross or American Heart Association. If not currently certified, must possess the ability to become certified within 3 months of hire.
- Military and/or law enforcement or security background is preferred.
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience with proven record of conducting training.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
