Transportation Provider - Non Medical
Salary: $12.00 - $14.00/hr -Full-Time or PT hours available. Variable hours: Monday – Friday; possible nights and weekends
No CDL is required.

You will provide services, including but not limited to:

You will use our vehicles to assist and transport clients, some requiring wheelchair assistance

Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments safely and reliably

Assisting with documentation of appointments and assisting with scheduling future appointments.

Possible personal care, such as toileting

Companionship and support while transporting
- Must be able to put the client at ease and be comfortable with strangers
Qualifications and Skills for our
Transportation Personal Care Assistant:
- Minimum High School Graduate or G.E.D Certificate
- Must be able to pass a background, fingerprint, DMV check, and drug screening
(Marijuana use is not permissible in any state due to Federal regulations)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- Must be able to move and push at least 100 pounds in a wheelchair without assistance
- Must Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, access to reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Current and valid CPR and First Aid
Prefer driver 21 years or older.
