We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven Treatment Coordinator who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while delivering and supporting the highest quality dental care.

Position Description

The Treatment Coordinator's primary focus is to meet with all New Patients/Recall Patients to explain the diagnosis and treatment recommendations provided by the Orthodontist. The Treatment Coordinator works very closely with the Orthodontist on patient treatment planning and coordination of treatment sequences.

• Prepare patients for exams and post treatment evaluations
• Present diagnostic records to Orthodontist to help them evaluate and create treatment plan for patients
• Provide patient and families with proper orthodontic care instructions, dental health education and diet recommendations
• Creat welcoming enviroment and make patient feel comfortable by interacting and getting to know each patient
• Coordinator needed appointents with specialty dental clinics and keep patients general dentist informed of treatment plans

Position Details:

• Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• Full-Time
• Benefits Offered
• Pay Range: $25 - $35 Hourly ** Based on experience
• $1,000 Sign-On-Bonus Paid at 6-Months
• Primary office located in Alexandria, MN
• Limited travel required to Wadena, MN (3 times per month)
