TanTara's Midwest Regional Flatbed drivers are guaranteed home every weekend. Pay is 28% of linehaul. Mostly metal product such as coils, flat sheet, bar and greasy bar. Up to $1650/quarter in performance bonuses available.
TanTara's Company Flatbedders made between $85k and $105k last year. Weekly schedule is: leave out Sunday to get to your Monday delivery with a fresh clock. Delivery are could be Midwest, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and/or several Northern states. Dispatch's goal is to get the driver out and back to the area 5 times/week, then routed home Friday evening-Sunday evening.
Drivers who prefer to take extra loads may work with Dispatch to do so, however, weekend loads are not required. Equipment: Trucks are 2018 or newer. Freightliner Coronado with a glider kit. 10 speed. Freightliner Cascadia 13 speed.
Peterbilt 567 13 speed. All trucks governed at 70. Refrigerator. Double Bunked for more storage.
Very CLEAN. ELD, elog-Transflo system (tablets). Driver uses their own GPS. TV mounts.
Opti idle cool and heat turn on automatically. Power inverter available. https://www.tantara.us/careers/our-equipment/ Orientations are held here at our terminal in Muscatine. 1.5 days.
Trainers are always needed! If you have the skill set and personality to help grow the next generation of flatbedders, you can earn up to $2,000 additional/month.

- Current med card
- Able to drive manual truck
- 6 months + OTR experience
- Securement knowledge/experience
