First Source Worldwide, LLC. (FSW) is recruiting for a non-CDL Truck Driver / Utility to work first shift, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This opportunity is not remote.

FSW is NOT a staffing / temp agency. This is a permanent, direct-hire job.

FSW manufactures and distributes tailor-made chemicals and colorants. We focus on sourcing quality chemical and dye products for use across multiple industries and applications including leather, textile, paper, coatings, carpet, wood, HI&I, and more.

The Truck Driver / Utility will:

· Ensures safety of self and coworkers by following procedures and avoiding accidents involving company equipment.

· Transports and places goods in the assigned storage locations so that they are easily identifiable, accessible, and protected.

· Follows all work order instructions and procedures exactly as directed by the Plant Leadman.

· Moves freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers, by hand or using trucks, forklifts, and other equipment.

· Makes product deliveries and pick-ups as directed by management.

· Inspects material to identify proper material and quantity are received and identifies the cause of errors or other problems or defects if applicable.

· Completes all necessary documents needed for product deliveries, product pick-ups, and Department of Transportation compliance in a neat and accurate manner.

· Verifies that all warehoused inventory is properly labeled.

· Gives professional care to the appearance of all products, packages, labeling, customer reports, paperwork, housekeeping, and any other time that represents FSW to the customer or regulatory agency.

· Assists in Shipping/Receiving in loading and unloading trucks as needed.

· Handles transactions with customers and vendors with a positive attitude and in a professional and courteous manner.

· Clean offices, bathrooms, refrigerators, industrial work areas, breakrooms, and warehouse facilities using bleach and other industrial chemicals.

· Empty garbage from common areas into the trash dumpster at least weekly or as necessary.

· Assists production personnel as needed to complete orders.

· Uses the floor scrubber safely and efficiently while protecting the equipment from damage as per SOP’s in an industrial environment.

The Truck Driver / Utility will need:

· Highschool Diploma / GED (required)

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in (i.e. a manufacturing facility) or equivalent combination of education & experience

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills

· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization, team player

· Ability to enter data into an Information System and operate scanners

· To be in good physical condition and able to lift or move up to 50 pounds

· Steel-toed shoes will be required on day one; company provides voucher or reimbursement (with receipt) after 90 days

· Previous ISO experience a plus

· Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test post-employment offer
