Job description
- Safely transport students to and from school and for appropriate school day trips on a daily and timely basis.
- Check in on daily schedule and take initiative with tasks with supervisors.
- Work effectively and cooperatively with other staff members, parents/caregivers, and teachers.
- Participate in learning about students with disabilities.
- Participate in de-escalation training and apply strategies as needed.
- Maintain the same high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about students as is expected of the LEARN staff.
- Follow guidelines and procedures outlined in the LEARN adopted drivers’ handbook.
- Have the capability of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Perform other such duties as may be assigned.

Van Drivers for our Student Support Services Department.
Specific Responsibilities:
A public service license (PSL) with proper “V” endorsement is required for a driving position. Training is also available for qualified applicants. Medical insurance and other benefits available for full time employment. This is an 11 month position. The ability to work well with students is required.
