While post orders may vary for each worksite, the basic work fundamentals of every Ethos Protection security officer is to observe, report, and deter elements of safety hazards, criminal mischief, and physical threats towards our clients, and to promote exceptional customer service. Every employee receives in-house officer training and becomes a valued part of positive our team culture.

SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years security experience
• 2 years vehicle patrol experience (minimum)
• BSIS Guard Card (required)
• Previouse management/leadership experience
• Valid California Drivers License (required)
• Clean driving record
• Reliable (own) vehicle transportation
• Flexible work availability, 7-days a week, including swings/graveyard/holidays
• Pepper spray certified (required)
• Taser/stun certified (In-house training)
• Armed (preferred)
• Baton Permit (preferred)
• Smart Phone / Mobile application (required)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Criminal background check screening
• Pre-employment drug test
• Excellent time management & communication
• Excellent report writing and report correcting skills
• Can be cross-trained on all security accounts
• Able to perform administrative tasks
• Able to receive and delegate information quickly and accurately
• Able to train and instruct personnel
• Able to solve problems quickly and find a remedy
• Able to de-escalate difficult situations
• Has good self-control and maintains a professional disposition at all times
• Takes initiative and is responsible, organized and thorough
• Handles criticism well, is positive and is a constant learner
• Builds character qualities in others and is a team promoter
