WellPet is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team of veterinary professionals! We are a full service hospital located in Doraville, GA, just a short drive away from Downtown Atlanta. Exceptional customer service and patient care is our top priority. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of phone calls
- Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle client concerns, provide appropriate solutions efficiently and within the scope of our policies
- Maintain records of client interactions
- Handle financial transactions
- Schedule appointments for a multi doctor hospital
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills:
- 2+ years in customer service is required Excellent communication skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenarios Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Experience in veterinary industry is preferred but not required Bilingual in English/Spanish is a highly preferred skill for this position
