A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST

In this administrative role, you are the first person clients interact with when entering our building or calling in, and you give them a great first impression. You remain professional and friendly even during busy times. Your multitasking skills help you field phone calls, emails, and faxes, ensuring each client is taken care of promptly. You are the master of our schedule and of the organization of our animal hospital. It is your job to document services and maintain the order of our filing system. You love interacting with our clients and their pets, solving problems when they arise, and keeping our practice running smoothly!

VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST WORK SCHEDULE

This administrative position works a combination of 10-hour shifts and 5.5-hour shifts along with Saturday shifts from 7:30 am - 10:00 am.
