Leadership Opportunity

Are you a seasoned recruiting professional passionate about finding innovative ways to hire the right talent for the right jobs? We need you to help us recruit top talent for our fast-growing company, including autism clinics in multiple states. Our VP of Talent Acquisition will handle all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and for hire. The VP of Talent Acquisition will demonstrate the ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships and a passion for providing client satisfaction while ensuring weekly and monthly goals are met.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate and partner with senior-level managers on staffing needs
  • Oversee the selection process, including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering candidate and client feedback
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management, demonstrating the ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences by delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios
  • Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates
  • Partner with the Marketing division to foster the company brand for all recruiting purposes and events
  • Assist hiring managers in developing job requirements and descriptions
  • Present strong talent for open positions, overcoming objections in the hiring process
  • Counsel the hiring manager in final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes
  • Maintain internal and candidate relationships and satisfaction
  • Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as ATS data entry and reports
  • Manage the entire recruiting process for all open positions, including office and field staffing needs across all office locations
  • Utilize Strong sourcing skills and experience in recruiting both passive and active candidates using various methods, including networking, social media, university relations, LinkedIn, internet, referrals and other creative methods

Education and Work-Experience Requirements

  • 5-7 years of exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
  • BS/BA in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
  • Knowledge of UKG, preferred

Expertise Needed

  • Highly proficient computer skills working with various computer applications, including the MS Office
  • Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g., pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
