As the Video Production Manager in our Wealth Management team you will coordinate and manage video deliverables for our internal and external Content & Communications team. Reporting to the Head of Multimedia for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will be responsible for delivering video content for internal and external platforms.

You will be asked to contribute to projects that further establish J.P. Morgan Wealth Management as a leader in wealth management, elevate its brand presence and reinforce its strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental workflow, optimizing processes around scheduling and publishing of videos across platforms; m aintain and monitor usage of team's intake tool to build out schedules, assign resources, and report out Book of Work; d evelop timelines for projects from production to post production to distribution
  • Support video operations strategy and execution, including but not limited to process improvement, tools, risk & control, vendor management, in addition coordinating between video producers and ops to ensure deliverables are received and meet legal and compliance standards and deadlines; effectively communicate ongoing project updates with video producers and leadership team members
  • Assist with the content approval process (pre-review and post review), including internal stakeholders, legal and compliance sign-offs, brand reviews etc; m anage video procedures and job aides
  • ADA coordination with company vendors for video assets (closed captions, transcripts, audio description files, etc.)
  • Scope project and manage shoot budget, including negotiation and invoicing, manage call sheet/ Run of Show (ROS) development, book and manage production crews and locations, manage and maintain equipment inventory and source and onboard freelancers & vendors
  • Maintain video database, legal and compliance documents and retain documentation that all content meets American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance (transcripts, closed captioning, etc.)
  • Lead production approval process, including sign-offs, contracts and talent & location releases, licensing to mitigate risk and ensure compliance and l ead communication with talent on scheduling, ROS, shoot requirement, booking etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in video production for news, television, creative agency or corporate, and hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with video and audio formats and best practices for web & digital applications
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and timelines, and have a mind for efficiency and identifying solutions to maximize budgets
  • Expertise in production processes including video rights/clearances and vendor sourcing
  • Expertise with on set protocols and basic production equipment
  • Ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects, work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Must be able to perform the physical tasks necessary to perform the work. This includes moderate lifting and carrying of equipment, set up and take down of equipment and standing for long periods of time
