Starting Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour commensurate with experience (+$1 differential pay for overnight hours worked)

Position Description
This position is for a Video Intervention Specialist role at a high security video and alarm monitoring facility.

· Intervention Specialists are expected to process video activations in a timely fashion and will make both in and outbound calls to clients and their protected locations

· Interactions will include calls to customers, use of PA systems at protected locations, and detail-oriented documentation of all occurrences.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for Netwatch customers throughout the world who are experiencing security breaches and service issues
  • Be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls to responding agencies and always demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service
  • When intrusions occur, create detailed Incident Reports – which would include documentation of all contacts reached and actions taken
  • There are no sales and no call quotas to meet with this position.
  • This is an in office position, not a remote position.

Requirements
This position requires strong verbal communication and customer service skills. This is a computer-based position with communication happening by telephone only.

· Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Required - Application process requires a background check and to be licensed by the state as an Alarm Agent

· Strongly Preferred – 1 year CCTV/ Security video monitoring experience

· Preferred – 1 year customer service experience

· Strong attention to detail skills

· Strong critical thinking skills & ability to exercise good judgement under pressure

· Clear and consistent speech, reading, and writing in English

· Comfortable typing, navigating, reading, and interpreting documentation on a Windows based computer.

· Ability to work a desk for extended periods of time (sitting or standing)

· Basic mental math for converting time zones and reading military time

Training:

Training is fully paid and will be conducted on shift.

All employees are expected to work Holidays that fall on their scheduled shift (if you have Tuesdays off and Tuesday is a holiday, then you would have the holiday off).

Post training shifts will be on a permanent basis, the same days and hours will be worked each week. Agents will be on the shift they are hired on, for a minimum of 1 year.
