Job description

Pensacola TV station has a position open for a creative storyteller to produce stories for broadcast and social media. The production values range from basic to high-end. In the field, you must be proficient using broadcast cameras and DSLRs, wireless mics, and basic three-point lighting. For editing, you must be proficient with Premiere, and have a rudimentary knowledge of After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.

Studio directing experience is a plus, but if you are unfamiliar, we will train you.

You must have the ability to work closely with clients, the sales staff, and the other people on the production team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and can adhere to even the most challenging deadlines.

News experience is a plus.

We have very high standards, and expect nothing less from you. Our award-winning staff has produced programs for major cable networks, local stations in major markets, and online. Our work environment is professional, but fun.

Hourly compensation commensurate with experience and proficiency.
